Child Health Issues

My baby is 3 months old. We are giving lactogen to baby. She used to go for motions 2 days once. Some times when she goes for motion it will be in dark black color. But from yesterday onwards we are giving cow milk for baby. But from then she was going for motions 2 to 3 times a day. Today when she went for motion we saw blood and she was struggling very much to go for motions . Could you please suggest me what will be reason for this?

Can formula powder be added directly to solid food without diluting it in lukewarm water .. Please advise

Hello doctors, our son is 3.5 yrs old and is attending nursery happily. Almost every month he gets fever cough and cold regularly . We have been visiting his paediatric for regular medication which ranges from Crocin to asthalin nebulisers . Is it normal for toddlers to catch cough and cold / fever regularly ? What tests should we do in order to root cause the issues ? How to know if it's the weather or some allergy or the food he's eating? He's otherwise a healthy and happy child. Could someone help us know how to go about this issue ? Thank you in advance.
