Last 4 days my son is suffering from heavy cold and caugh, kindly advice, and also squeezing , in the night can't sleep also...

What is periventricular lecomalacia and periventricular leukoencephalopathy? My son's MRI findings is periventricular leukoencephalopathy. Kindly explain.

My son is 6 years old and is in 1st standard now, very normal kid. Had a normal forceps delivery. Recently we did am MRI as adviced by our doctor since he has balance issues. And the MRI findings are as below: 1. Gliotic changes in the right basil temporal lobe 2. Features of mild left cerebral periventricular leukoencephalopathy. What does it mean? Kindly explain.

Yesterday My 10 year son suddenly got cold and sneezing lot and nose block after we had pest control treatment same day at my home. Though he was kept away from the area for 6 hours as instructed by the service people. Also we operened the house and let air circulate for 1 hour before son came in. But we all slept in the home only and the pesticide smell was still around.  Is this because of pest treatment he got allergy? What should I do or which medicine to give him ... Fever is gone, should we continue giving calpol 250 to my 3 year old?? He was having fever from last 4 days and we were giving him calpol 250 and Meftol P as per fever measurements... We were giving this when fever is coming back again instead of every 6 hours.. our doctor suggested giving it as SOS.. but now i am worrying what if fever again back because we are again not giving medicine. My wife is not able to produce sufficient milk for my 4 month old son,what can we do in such a situation?Can he be fed with lukewarm water,we are thinking to crush the raw rice into powdered form from a mixer,heat the powder and mix with lukewarm water to be fed.

My son he is 4 years old suffering from Malaria, he got high fever 103 degree,so doctor suggested Justin 12.5mg rectal insert tablet, I have given 3 times(one tablet to second tablet 3 to 4 days gap.
