My newborn at times sleeps for 5-7 hours at a stretch. Is that normal? Should I wake her up for feeds? If yes then after how many hours

You have to feed your baby every 2-3 hours in a daytime  and every 3- 4 hours at night time. Gently hit his souls or ear lobules to wake up him from sleep.

Neonates can sleep up to 18 hours a day,in stretches. If baby's active physically otherwise, feeding properly when awake and passing urine 5-6 times a day,do NOT wake her up for feeds. Of course,if any of above mentioned factors are there, consult your paediatrician asap.

You have to wake her up and feed in that case. Feeds need to be spaced between 2-3 hours during daytime and 4-5 hours in the night
