My child is 2 month old now. I have taken her first dose of vaccines at 6th week. ipv was not available so I missed. now I will take 2nd dose of 10th week but according to Gujarat government; they cannot give ipv at 10th week. They are giving at 6th week and 14th week only. Pls guide that how many doses are required for infants? Also let me know the necessary gap between two ipv doses. What to do in such cases as ipv is not available separately..?

My son was suffering from fever since last 3 days then doctor changed his medicine after that no fever but his blood test reports shows Salmonella typhi O antigen: 1:160 Salmonella typhi H antigen: 1:80 Salmonella paratyphi AH antigen:less than 1:40 Salmonella paratyphi BH antigen:less than 1:40. Is this something very severe ? Doctor gave us 6 days medicine including the one to increase blood in body and said he will be fine after 15 days. Kindly advise the best.

My son is 2 weeks old and has bad diaper rash accompanied by strong crying when passing gas, pooping and peeing. My doctor advised to clean the area with wet cotton balls and then to apply siloderm. But siloderm is not helping and the rashes have become worse. Can I use lignocaine anaesthetic ointment and candid dusting powder to treat this?
