Fever high temp
My daughter having fever gave efimol 250g 6hrs, but temp is not reduced and gave meftal temp reduced, but again temp raised with in 5hrs, but foot and hand was chill for some times. Again gave efimol still temp not yet reduced, can I give meftal again?

You can alternate the doses of paracetamol with meftal....if fever is still persisting get him evaluated

Any temperature above 100 F is fever. Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
