My female 9 month baby developed fever from night and temperture is not decreasing even after giving paracetamol drops(medamol) 1ml each dose. We have already given 4 doses with 6 hrs interval. And also we did sponge bath. Weight of baby is 7kg

Give one dose of Meftal -p Syr 2.5 ml and then do sponge bath.
Next Steps
Continue medamol 6 hrly and Meftal- P Syr if fever more than 101 deg F only (8 hrly)
