Vomiting with no other symptoms
My 5 and half years old son has got vomiting all of sudden. No fever or any other symptoms . Dint eat anything outside. Had green Dal rice and few nuts ( badam and cashew) in the evening. Kindly help

Please give: Syp Ondem 5 ml stat/sos If still no relief, visit a Paediatrician for clinical evaluation and workup.
