Child Health Issues

My daughter is 4 weeks old. My wife has issues with breast feeding. My daughter seems to be hungry since she does not get enough milk. Can we start with baby food atleast 1-2 times a day ? Please suggest a baby food for a 4 weeks baby.

My 9 Month baby have red spots on her body. There is no fever and she is feeding properly. Doctor has suggested 1ml of atarax 2 times a day. Is it Ok?

My baby (boy) is 5 yrs old and suffering from fever(100.4 to 102.7) since 24th Sep.2018. He undergone with tests on Aug. 8th 2018 when he got fever but the tests were normal at that time. We have visited a child specialist and as per his prescription we are giving Paradose (5ml) thrice a day and Zofix two times a day with other medicine. After 4 hrs (appox.) the fever is re-occur. Request you to suggest what should I do / follow to get rid of fever completely. Thanks in advance.

My daughter just turned 3 and she is still not able to communicate clearly. She uses 2 words but cannot form sentence. We speak tamil and English at home. With her friends in hindi. We tried speaking all the languages but I still don't see any improvement in her speech. It's been same for last 6 months. She is been going to preschool for last 1 year. She understands us perfectly and is very social. She responds to everyone. She talks a lot but in her 'own language' which we cannot understand
