My 25 days old baby does potty every 15 to 30 min from by birth.. what should I do .. is it a problem

Sir my daughter is 1 year 9 months. She is not eating anything for the 3-4 days and crying whenever we are trying tonmake her eat.

My daughter is 9 months old .. she crawls and sits up straight and stands holding support... But she falls down and hurts her head often either playfully or carelessly. Elders are saying kids head or brain don't get any problem at this stage.. but am worried if this repeated hits may hinder her growth or cause any other problem.. plz suggest. She is well active and healthy otherwise...

Birth weight - 2.9 kg Current weight - 6.9 kg Breakfast - ragi porridge/idly/pongal/raja upma Lunch - dal rice/ carrot rice/ beetroot rice/curd rice with beans or potato Dinner - rice porridge/ idly/ cow's milk rice Snacks- apple puree/banana Plz check her menu and let me know if I need to make any changes. Dr R k Singh sir my baby was given medicine prescribed by you are as follows Levolin for 7 days. Coriminic for 3days. lasma LC kid for 10 days. Otrinoz for 3 days still there is no improvement it's been 15 days he is still having stuffy and blocked nose. Cough has slightly improved.

My 10 month old son was having cold from last 6-7 days while traveling. Family members have given him Tulsi, ginger extract 4-5 times. Though his cold has been reduced significantly but from yesterday he is having hot chest and palm. His head temperature looks normal.
