Yesterday onwards my son suffering from fever,we have given homeopathy medicine its not coming down. now when i checked its showing 100. can you please help

9 month old baby fall on floor. There is injury on head, feeling pain. Due to pain crying a lot and not being able to sleep.

My 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter both suffers from cold whenever we sleep in AC room despite cleaning AC thoroughly before using . Since its too hot we do not have alternative . What to do plz any suggestions?

My kid was fine till 5 PM today till he went for a nap. When he woke up at 8 he had 102 fever. I gave him 5ml of combiflam syrup then he immediately spit that out by vomitting. I gave him another 5 ml after couple of minutes and the fever went away in sometime. Again at 1 AM when he was shivering in his sleep i measured his temperature and it was 101.6. I tried to give him another dosage of Combiflam and he again vomitted it and I had to repeat it after couple of minutes. His vomit had some cough and mucus as he was also sneezing from couple of days. My concern is what should be the ideal and maximum dosage of Combiflam for my kid and should i have to rush to paediatric in the morning or I can wait for a day and see him improving. His stats are as follows Age - 2 years 10 months Weight - 24 kgs (As measured in August)
