My 4 yr old son has been having fever since yesterday. I was giving him Calpol 250 mg but the fever is shooting up. Yesterday gave him meftal p syrup when d fever touched 103. It eventually subsided. Have been giving calpol morning and noon but D fever is now 104. Can I give meftal p syrup now?

Dear Doctor, My 3 years son since a month or 2 trying to eat Mud, painting from walls, shirt buttons, wood, cloths, papers etc. Also biting his teeth. I am assuming this might be because of any iron, vitamins or calcium deficiency. But not sure what to use to rectify this problem in him. Please suggest. From his daily diet fruits are almost none, i tried various ways to give him fruits but he rejects if i force he cries badly. I also give pediasure in milk morning and night. Thanks, Durga

Can we add dry fruits powder in baby every food and snacks? Since we do give food 3 times, snacks 3-4 times in a day. So just would like to know how many times and how much powder per day can be added. Thanks for your timeb
