Can polio vaccine be given to child (30 months) suffering from cough, cold, fever, diarrhoea or any other ailments or taking any antibiotic ? My daughter is suffering from fever and taking antibiotics & tomorrow is polio day , so please suggest.

If the child is having fever n sick..live vaccines shd b avoided.....if taken during diarrhoea opv may hv decrease effectiveness...antibiotics is for bacterial infections n polio is a virus..so no issue..
Next Steps
If the child is completely off fever n playful..can go for oral polio
