Child Health Issues

My baby is one month old she passes green poop more than a week and 3 times it was with mild blood streaks i consulted the doctor and we took stool test and it came reducing substance as positive.Is it something to worry about baby birth weight is 3.340 now her weight is 3.800 is this the reason she is not gaining weight. If it is lactose intolerance should I stop breastfeeding and give formula or should I stop having milk products until breastfeeding

My baby was born at 35 weeks birth weight 1900. He is 3m old and weighs 4700. He is not giving proper social smile. Makes cooing sound replies while taking. While playing he smiles alot . But he does not make proper eye contact and smile. Is it something to worry

Giving Ascoril ls thrice a day 0.8 ml to my baby boy as he is suffering from cold and cough.He is of 25 days.But within an hour after giving this drop he vomits with lots of cough in it.Also taste of this drop is kadwa.Is this common thing about this drop???

He is having wheezing cold and cough ..and he is having heart rate 120 to 140..sometimes when cough increases its reached 150.worried

Good morning sir/mam My son is 2 months and 1 day , he shakes his foot alone while taking foot without his knowledge followed by that he stretches his leg Please let me if this is normal While he is half  sleep or when I let his leg free ,if i  push his finger it vibrates and if I let free it settles down

Hi Doc, My baby boy is 2 months old, and he has got very severe wounds around his anus area. I've attached picture for your ready reference. My pediatrician advised me to use minimalist zinc cream, and I've been using it for the past 3 weeks, and I couldn't see any result. He is in pain while pooping due to this. Kindly help me with a solution. Also please advise on is this an serious matter of concern? I'm not using diaper and wet wipes.

My 1 month old breastfeeding newborn is passing loose runny stool frequently... And he wants milk every 30  minutes... this normal ? Can overheating cause runny stool in babies ? ... Please help
