My 2 year children last 1 week suffering Running nose. I given cold syrup  and better but some time after again cold and running nose

Hi - My 30 days son vomits frequently. After breastfeeding he will vomit, in some times he used to vomit while sleeping.. at that time his vomit looks like curd.. As of now we are giving this drops ZOFER 5frops two times. Please advise.

Hello dr. My 3 year old daughter faced problem in passing stool 2 weeks ago. Since  then she started avoiding passing stool. I have to force her to do that. But for last 4 days she didn't pass any stool. Even she feels pressure but ignore that. I make her drink lot of water. Feed her fruits also but no relief. Please suggest me what should I do. Is there any syrup or solution in medicine to soften her stool? So that it becomes easy for her. Please suggest.
