5 yr is having fever.
My daughter aged 5 yr is having fever. Gave paracetamol god kids but still fever not coming down.
Now I am Using wet cotton cloth and cleaning her body to cool down. She is also complaining about body pain.

Continue paracetamol when needed. Can repeat 4-6 hourly. Give lots of water. Sponge with normal tap water from top to bottom
