Child Health Issues

Hi Doctor, My son is 19 months old. He is having cough. When he cough a wheezing like hard cough sounds will be observed.And I have given him relent syrup 2.5 ml dialy from last week but it is not reduced. Kindly suggest is this syrup can be used for wet cough. How it reduces .

My baby is 18 month she was  born with fair complexion. Now her face is fair rest of body is dark compare with face. Will it even out. Will she regain her birth color

Daughter treated with kawasaki and given IVIG 0n 2 Apr 20 and continue asprin 70 mg daily due to kawasaki platlet raised to 12 lac and follow weekly cbc test after three weeks platlet count become 3.95 lac. But neutrophils remain arround 33-35 and lymphocytes at 56-59 in three cbc tests.also wbc decreasing from 19000 to 5500 on in verious test. Is it necessary to do more test or it is normal

What food can I give my daughter to eat ? She only consumes a few sips of orange juice, a few spoons of curd, and half a banana in a day. Is refusing anything else. Is it enough ?

For face I use only teddybar soap and for body I use both teddybar soap mother care milk bath. Is this because of using both of them? I use himalaya body lotion . My daughter is 1month old now she is having feed normally and regularly without crying and sleeps also nicely but only problem is that she is having a watery poop 5times a day from past 2days is she normal or is having any infection

Baby - Age - 2 Months + 2 Days Exclusively Breast Milk Fed Issues 1) Stool is semi- hard / Yellow - However grainy. She passes a drop stool with every feed and or sneeze or slight coughs (pressure) - Is this normal / any suggestions ? 2) Rash between the buttock Cheek - What can we apply for this ?

My four months old baby always has a really hot head but no fever. Is this something I should be worried about?
