Baby sneezing
Baby age 15 months weight 10kg. Since 4 days little she have sneezing ..little cough last time 5 months ago doctor written clavam dry syrup can I use this for cough ... And pls tell me can I use nasal saline drop .. but my thing is she dint have any nose block just sneezing so pls tell for temporary I wik use for 3 days .. And she dont have any fever also .. she is fine no breathing problem also she good

Don't use antibiotics like clavam without consulting doctors, Sneezing and mild cough nothing to worry ,wait for 2 more days

Sneezing is a protective reflex need not be treated  and for nose block you can use saline drops.if baby is otherwise fine for small cold better to use home remedy like warm water and and being rainy season keep baby covered with clothes .

Use only saline nasal drops 1drop both nostrils every 6hrly for 2-3days

Sneezing and mild cough could be signs of allergic rhinitis. Nose block may not be present all the time.
Next Steps
try to avoid dust and exposure to mites.. Give nasal saline drops for nose block
