Child Health Issues

My 6yr old hit her hip in a sharp desk ...as she was recovering from viral fever she was tired and as soon as she hit it she had pain, so I gave her 5 ml of P 250 syrup but it didn't subside even after an hour. She's finding difficulty in even turning and sitting. The exact place is top of the hip bone near the stomach. Please advice what to do...I'm really worried

My baby is 14 months old. We got a bottle from a doctor in our family of Mulmin syrup for him. The dosage was mentioned as 5ml twice daily. But the same syrup was given a 15yrs boy.. is it ok to use mulamin duto at 14 months or what is the dosage?

My 5 and half months baby is suffering from wet cough. She is coughing very frequently. Can I give maxtra drops to her.

My lo is 7 days shy of turning 3m. He is suffering from cold, cough and wheezing from past 3 weeks and pead has initially prescribed wikoryl 0.5 ml 3 times, kufril L S 0.5 ml 3 times, even after which cold and cough didn't reduce then doc prescribed alaspan 2.5ml (only at night), welminic 1 ml, wikoryl 3 times each and duolin 1ml + 1ml saline water nebulization with which there was slight improvement in wheezing and cough but the doc again changed the medicine to deriphyllin syrup 2 ml 3 times and omnocotil 2 times a day along with nebulization. There was no weight gain during this span plus breastmilk intake got considerably reduced. Now he has goopy eyes also due to infection.. we need a second opinion regarding the medications and treatment.. kindly help.

My 1 year old son is having cold and cough from 3 weeks and i have shown him to several doctor but his cold and cough is still there and he is not able to sleep and his teething has been started Which medicine should I give him.

Dear sir Baby age 11 months weght 8.4kg . She got already lower 2 teeth's which is clearly visible . We started idly&  rice and fruit little . But since a week she having sneezing and cough . . My lo is diagnosed with peteriasis rosia .he is 28months old. Please suggest a calamine lotion that soothes him or which reduces the effect on him. Also suggest some imunity boosting foods for him to recover fast .
