Dear sir/Madam,
My 1.5 year old son is having fever since yesterday. We are giving P-120 3 ml from yesterday for every 6 hours.But the temperature is normal for some hours and raising again. He don't have other symptoms He is urinating 5 to 6 times and taking food as usual.please advise.

CONSTIPATION
He passes stool in 3 or 4 days and the stool is very hard. So it is very difficult for him to pass. Kindly advice medicine for costipation or suitably.

6 months vaccination

Baby Standing issues
My son is 6 month old. 7th month started. 200 days old. He is very active, kicking using both legs. We made him to stand by holding him. He is completely placing his left leg and giving weight to it. But not using right leg that much. Giving half weight in right leg just 2 sec and he sits down. Is that any problem

Cow milk to 5 months old baby
Hi dr. My son is 5 month's old n he has mild hydronepherosis to both the kidneys (right 5.5 left 6.5), my breast milk is not enough for him so can give cow or Buffalo milk once a day??? Loose motion in 9 month baby boy
He was vomoting 4 days before then i visited doctor and he told my son is suffering from gasteoritis and he ll be cured.
