Red coloured bumps on leg
My 3 year old neice woke up today morning with red coloured bumps on her legs(below knees)It is itching for her. Is it an insect bite? Anything to worry?

Looks like mosquito bite with pyoderma due to itching . Apply antibacterial ointment and calamine lotion

If small it will be fine. If large or more itching take syp citrizine 3 ml in night only one day and apply coconut oil. And consult a paediatrician or dermatologist if large or more itching
