My daughter aged 7yrs is having red bumps/hives on the skin across her hand, legs, ear, back and face since today evening. Pl advise the treatment

Greetings. It looks clear allergy. Think what did he eat or any drug, usually fish allergy is common First apply ice followed by avil syrup. STRENGTH AVAILABLE IS 15MG PER 5ML.
DOSE FOR PATIENT, USE LOWEST DOSE . MAXIMUM DOSE 3MG PER KG.

Do stool test to R/o worms. you can go into history to find out allergen. If child does not improve think of alternative diagnosis
Don't forget immunization . give good nutrtion with vitamin, minerals and antioxidants
