I need a vitamins for my children.. because low appetite..and very thin..and low i.Q and not sleeping

My baby is 1 year 1 month old now. When I try serving solid food, he chews some time in the starting and some times he would swallow. So he would choke and vomit some food or all the food he ate. So i am always grinding the food like rice, idly, dosa to make him eat. How to reduce this problem and make him to eat food normally. Kindly help.

My 7 year old baby boy passes stool once in 3 days & the colour of the stool is always tarry & he has loss of appetite problem also. Please suggest some way to improve his health?

Hi, My son is having high Grade fever (103) armpit check since last three days. He has running nose with some mucus and watery eyes. Rest he is ok no cough, no vomit, stool and urine is also ok. Temperature goes down with paracetamol (paracip) 6 hrs interval 5 ml. Additional we have given cefixime and cetrizine two doses daily. Please advice while fever goes down to 100 after medication again comes back to 100. Has weakeness but overall response is fine. Any suggestions would be helpful. Age : 4 and weight is 16 kgs.

Hello Doctor, My 24 days old baby girl crys a lot at night. We thought its gas and started giving crosin drops are provided from hospital and recommended by paediatric doctor. We know that babies have gas problem as a common symptom. My question is, is it safe to give her Crosin drops ( 4 drops) on daily basis? Do you recommend any other medicine if required to ensure baby has no other health issues. My daughter sleeps well, feeds well, We wake up 2.5 hrs interval to feed her. Her motions are good, no fever or any other symptoms. Do advice on exvessive crying.

Hello Doctor, Our baby girl is 24 days old and her milk intake has increased. From 200 ml to 600- 700 ml now in just a weeks time is what my baby is feeding. We are worried that Baby might be drinking too much milk. Is it ok to feed her? These days my wife is unable to manage breast milk due to my daughter demand. breast milk is what i am referring to. Sometimes as top up in mid night when she cannot produce breast milk, we give lactogen 30-50 ml to compensate her full meal. But my daughter does not like lactogen and we often throw it later. My question is ' is it ok to feed baby as per her need or should we give only required milk quantity ?

Hello Doctor, Being a new mother is great feeling but due to lack of sleep, I'm depressed and demotivated. My daughter is 24 days old and she does not sleep well. each hour she wakes up and Due to them my wife is unable to manage her sleep. Also I feel very hungry as i breast feed her. suggest how much calorie intake i should take as my daughter now feeds around 700 to 800 ml of breast milk. Some days I manage with just 400 to 500 ml due to lack of sleep and hunger. i drink lot of liquids. Suggest as i sleep only for 2 to 3 hour on daily basis only from past 24 days of delivery.

My daughter treated with kawasaki and given IVIG. Doctor advice to continue asprin for three month . also advice  2d echo after 6 weeks which was due on 12 May 20 but due to lockdown echo is still pending. Advice me what I can do and after what period echo carried out

Hi Dr, my baby is 6months and I have to start solid for him. Till now he is completely on Mother's milk. Shall I go with Cerelac or Nestum or something else?
