CRP is 180 and EST is 30
Hi My son is 5.5 years old and he was having very high fever from last 4 to 5 days dr ask for CRP iron and other blood tests, report I have attached his CRP is 180 so what should I give him to eat and what not as he is not eating anything just taking liquid diet. And want to know why it goes that high what can be the reason.

Need to clinically see the child .I am sure he is on antibiotics and monitored  by local dr . Plz consult dr again Maintain good hydration by giving water,ors ,juices  Is any family member having  fever .

CRP is so high .if oral intake is low go for iv antibiotics and ivf therapy. Give ORS for rehydration.

The general condition of the baby. Medications on which the baby is currently hasn’t been mentioned The blood reports show bacterial infection most likely If fever is still not controlled Then should directly exam the baby for underlying cause of fever and infection
Next Steps
Visit a nearby paediatrician. Repeat crp and blood culture and urine and general examination L.S. have to be done for a clearer picture and might need admission and I.v medications if progresses
