Yesterday he slipped on wet floor at 3:30pm , he had Small bump on left side head , I iced it and rub it, further he slept well and eat, just complaining pain on that side. He said that he didn't remember that how he falls and got injury. Is there anything serious , please suggest

Hlo doctor, my 51 days old baby is 2.7 kgs now. Her birth weight is 2.8kg. We have kept in NICU on 16th day for low sodium level n weight loss. At that time she was 2.5. After treatment she was 2 6. It was informed that lactation is OK. After 2 weeks we reached our native and we have checked her weight on 48th day. It was 2.7kg. Native doctor told milk is not sufficient, so she prescribed powder milk 30ml and asked us to give breastmilk one time and powder milk next time. But my inlaws are not allowing. They have consulted with a gyno and asked me to take lactare tablets thrice a day and perinorm twice a day. I'm taking this for two days now. I'm not sure that my baby is getting enough milk. How can I check whether she is getting enough milk or not? Pls advise.

And today evening he complaine did slight pain in the left abdomen.and there was mild Blood every time he urinated. I gave him lot of water to drink. Hello Doctor, Will the lactare tablet works even the diet is not upto mark due to some situations? I'm taking lactare tablets for 2 days now.

I have 3 months old baby,as my breast milk was sufficient I used lactare granules for 2 weeks in last month but now I stopped it.however, I again observe low breast milk production. How can I increase milk production? Can I use lactare granules again? Does it HV any side effects?
