Breast milk- mother food habits
Is it important to maintain a no spicy no tangy food for the mother so that it doesn't affect baby? If so,What all foods should be avoided and till What age? Also kindly suggest if it is okay for mother to take tablets for common cold/headache while experiencing the same.
