My daughter had constipation for 5 days. Laxative was given by doc orally. Now she had loose motion for 2 hours. What to do . Please help

My daughter has runny nose, cough and temperature. At 3.30pm it was 100.3. after one dose of crocin syrup, temperature decreased to 98.3 till 5pm. Now no fever but she is coughing continuously. Please guide.

My 6.5 month old baby has slightly red thik skin spots on her leg. I have attached photos. I have never seen her itching there but may be this is due to that she is small to understand how to itch legs. She started eating food other than breast feed in this month only. We gave her apple puree, dal-pani, rice-pani, mashed banana yet. Recently gave apple puree and dal-pani. I am not sure if this is a food alergy. I see this on her leg from last 3-4 days.
