Why does my one month old grunt and pandiculate all the time and is always gassy. Please advise on this.

After any feed he doesn't burp, i have tried for almost 10 minutes at the max. And he is always gassy. Age of the baby is 40 days

My baby will be 2 years next month. He got a infection like this on hand like this yestday. Seems like somthing bite him... and he is having fever now 102f. Is it because of infection..could you please suggest what needs to be done. He is 10kg ..

My bby is 5 months 22 days old ,weight 8.3 kg, She was undergoing for cough tretment for 1 month in which she was taking antiobootic continiously. She developed a hard lump on the vaccination site on thigh in course of this treatment. After ultradound of the thigh region her Doc diagnosed it as antiobioma because of the injudicious use of antibiotics. Is antibioma serious condition? Does it resolve itself or does it need incision? Should i wait it to resolved itself?
