Child Health Issues

My Child age is 26 Days. He diagnosed with Unregressed Neonatal PAH with PFO in Pediatric Echocardiography. The report is attached for reference. Please help me to understand how serious it is and what are the possible treatments.

We are under go with allopathic medicine for our child, can we start homeopathic medicine/treatment side by side as we know there is no side effects of homeopathic medicine.

My 23.5 months old kid has fever since Wednesday.. took him to local doctor they prescribed Cronin drops 1.2 ml and azee 200 mg 2.5 ml - once for 5 days. Tonight will be his last dose but he still has fever 102.5 and a little cranky too. Does not accept any food. His weight is 10.2 kgs . Today doctor is not available as it is Sunday. Please suggest
