My baby 16 months(milk feeding ) old not able to pass motion daily .every two or three days she was passing passing motion.(that to now and then after two days if we give laxivent plus 4ml). Please give your suggestion to prevent this problem

Dear Dr. My 11 month baby boy got red boils and skin became reddish at scrotum and nearby area since a week. It used to get heal if I applied baby rash cream and dusting powder if causes due to diaper but this time it's bit long lasting. Recently I changed size and brand of the diaper does it not suit him? How to find out the reason. Please find attached photo to examine. Kindly suggest what to apply heal faster and shall I go for diaper change? Thanks!
