How long will take for a one track old baby to recover from cold. She looks fine in the morning but during nights she will get disturbed because of the disturbance caused in her lungs while breathing. I had used sinarest AF, Zyrtec for 5 days as per my doctor prescribed.

Is tummy calm effective or it has side effects. I am asking for my 4 month baby he have lot of gas issues

My daughter had noisy breathing and had more secretions in chest since yesterday night.. She couldn't sleep.. While sleeping the secretions coming to the nose. So elevated the head. She don't have cough and running nose.. Rarely coughing.. Had fever twice 101 deg. Having secretions back side of the nose. Couldn't clear. Seen physician chest was clear. Prescribed gudcef-cv ( 3.0g in 30 ml), monticope, calpol 250 for 3 days.  Is this Enough? Saline drops can be used? Her age is 3 years 10 month.
