Little Red bumps on baby face

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello sir/mam, My son is 10 months old. His skin is becoming very dry and red bumps are appearing all over his face especially around nose ,eyes and mouth area since winter started even after daily oil massage. I am using Himalaya olive oil for body and virgin coconut oil for face. After consulting with my pediatrician, I am using Atogla cream for his face but no effect has been seen. Please suggest. Thanks.
