9 months child suffering from diarrhea, vomitting and crying. Feeling tired and not active, sleepless. Ate outside food.

Hello dr. my baby girl was born at 36 weeks 4 days..her birth weight was 2.3 kg now she is 4mobth 15 days old her weight is 5.8 kg..she is gaining slow weight..and her she has not proper control on her head..she can hold her head but not properly..she is active smiles,babbling and hold toys in her hands..is this ok or should i concerned please help
