Child Health Issues

My son is 3 years old.. he is premature kid. He had only powdered milk feeding.. my doubt is he is frequently disease pron.. he will be having fever or cold or cough almost for every 3 to 4 weeks.. he I has not gained weight for the last 1 year. He fluctuates around 10 to 12 kgs itself. And on exactly centre of his head he has a very small bump is that any issue.. please do suggest me . How to increase his weight..

My husband mistakenly given 7 ml of paracetamol contains 100 mg in 1 ml to my baby , weight 9 kgs , its been more than 24 hrs he is active not developing any symptoms , as I consult doc said paracetamol complety excrete from body after 24 hrs and if he didnt develop symptoms , nothing to danger !! My daughter is now 2 months 11 days old .she has Laryngomalacia. Last month she was admitted in NICU due to Bronchiolitis.. For the last two days again she is having grrrr grrr sound. One Doc said she has mucus in (very small amount)her chest..gave mucolite baby drops .. nasoclear.. nasivion.. Other doc advised us to give nebulization Levolin .31 Budecort .5.. But our doc said these nebulization does not work before 4 months as they don't develop to absorb.. Now I am confuse ..what to do?

Hi My baby is suffering from cold cough from last 5 days and cough is almost 20 days, we have done nebulisation previously but the cough is not going today he has vomitted cough 4-5 time with food, food intake has already gone low. We have done xray blood test urine test everything is normal, why the cough is not settling and is the dosage of bro zedex too high for 1.5 year becuase he has started vomitting and he is dizzy from last 4 days. Pee and poop count is normal

Dr prescribed syrup relent 5ml for cough but by mistakenly i gave her 7ml ,will ther be any problem???? her weight is around 20.5kgs and height is 115cms.. Plz help
