My daughter is 13 months old,she got two teeth in lower jaw 5 months ago ,but she is not getting teeth in upper jaw ,what is the reason?

Yes delay in teething is due to Calcium deficiency
So I will give syrup Calcimax-P give 5ml daily once for 1 month
