Need some guidance. My daughter is turning 1 next month. We feed her with solids , shakes during day.
Her last meal happens around 9-930 pm.
She takes mother milk only during night that too every 1 hour.
We try bottle formula milk - reject every day
We try bottle amul milk - reject every day
Any tips to make her drink milk ( other than mother ) as it becomes difficult for my wife to satisfy her every hour

Looks like it’s time to wean her off breast feeds. Do check that she is gaining weight well - she is having enough solids during the day. You can start with the following measures:
Avoid giving milk by bottle - any milk. Give with a cup / sipper. You can actually make this daytime routine of milk a kind of fun activity by drinking from a cup with her - kind of ‘grown up’ activity. Try alternative like shakes and all which you too enjoy
Bed time routine should be inculcated - like half hour before bedtime) something like calm and soothing activities - reading together from a book/ story telling, patting the child ( preferably from the father so that the baby doesn’t go for the breast!)
The child should be comforted with patting/ rocking and distraction techniques preferably by the father - during night time waking. Night time feeding is to be discouraged. If you feel that she is really hungry - try an alternative to milk at night - water/ a beverage - through a cup or sipper. Remember she maybe getting up for comfort and reassurance and not really because of hunger
Night time bottle feed is not a very healthy routine - will later lead to caries of teeth too

At 1 year of age, it’s okay if your daughter is not very keen on milk, especially formula or Amul milk. Many toddlers get enough nutrition from solids and other dairy like curd, paneer, or cheese.
Waking up every hour at night may not be due to hunger alone — it can also be due to habit, comfort-seeking, or sleep association with breastfeeding.
Next Steps
• Slowly reduce night feeds and settle her with gentle patting instead.
• Offer milk in a sippy cup or glass in the day — don’t force it.
• Focus on giving calcium-rich solids like curd, ragi, paneer, or dalia.
Health Tips
• Make sure she eats a filling dinner (with good protein and fat).
• Avoid distractions and overstimulation before bedtime.
• Gradual weaning off night feeding will help her and mom sleep better.
You’re doing well — this is a common phase and usually improves with time.
I think she might not be finishing the entire amount of milk. When the baby has consumed all the milk, especially the hind milk rich in fat, I don't believe she can feed every hour. Plus, bottle feeding can cause more confusion. I'd recommend stopping bottle feeding and instead using a katori spoon or a paladai so you can keep track of how much the baby is taking. Sometimes, the baby just keeps sucking on the bottle without actually drinking, and the mother thinks the baby has had enough.
