I delivered my baby 12 days back but from last 2 days my bm supply has started decreasing. I am feeding my baby in every 3 hours and if she gets hungry before that I am producing enough milk for her. Is there any solution or should I go for Formula milk

She doesnot like to eat rice with curries and spiciness.she always likes to eat with sugar and sugary products.she doesnot like to eat idli ,dosa kind of breakfast.she  drinks milk in the middle of the night every day she wakes up for milk in the night.
