Child Health Issues

My baby girl 2 year old. Today morning from 10 till now she has not gone urine. I gave much water. But then too she's not going. This is the first time she does like this. I'm worried. Pls tell wat to do.

After birth, after how many days can a newborn travel. Basically, the baby is born in US, we want to bring the baby to India.

My 2 month 20 days (weight 4.7 kg) old baby not feeding properly, he feed only formula, 30/60 ml every 2/3 hour, if we little force to feed him, he refused and crying a lot, approximately he feed 500 to 550 ml formula milk in 24 hours, not taking mothers milk, pee passing is adequate, what is the appropriate quantity feed in that age group, what to do..Pl reply

From yesterday he feels pain while urinating,v gave him oil bath, water,juices to drink but he never wants to take much water now(he usualy drinks more water). He takes normal food and pooped correctly.only issue is while urinating he feels pain and also he tells he wants to urinate but after telling this he goes pee only after 20-30 mins
