Child Health Issues

Hi dr. I am severely worried about my childs flat head at back , attaching his head screenshot please have a look and tell foes he requires any treatment. I have wasted my hours in googling stuffs not able to help my child through this. He is 6momths old. Suggest what can be done?

My son is 1 month old and does not take mother milk instead he used to take nan pro 1 but we changed to lactogen 1 and after taking lactogen 1 he is continuously having watery potty. We again changed to NAN PRO 1 but he is still doing watery potty 6 to 7 times in a day. Please guide

My baby is crying and Shouting  all day. He will stop only If we take him outside. He is 4.5 month old. Doctor My baby is 9 months old. N today mrng suddenly all over his body there r red patches like allergy. It's very bright red in colour n it's all over the body back and forehead also. But he is active and playing I'm really scared What this could be Pls pls tell me what this could be. See

Hi, My 3 yr old daughter doesn't speak any basic words even though she keeps on singing rhymes almost all the time. She doesn't even call us mom and dad to ask for anything. It's very difficult to gain her attention and she screams loudly if we try to teach her anything or force her to pick an object from the floor. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

My niece hurt herself  two days back near the side of her abdomen the corner of the centre table while playing. Now she's not able to walk or stand by herself.. while touching her toes also she's complaining of pain and crying. Doc asked to get a blood test.
