Child Health Issues

Hello doctor my son 1year old now. Since last three days he is suffering with fever 99-100.5 F Range. Iam using crocin 250mg/5ml suspension syrup 3ml for every 6hrs gap. But still fever is comming mostly in the evening time. Sometimes cough also. Iam  very worried and scare present situation please give your valuble suggestion . Baby is active and intake food also good.

My daughter is 9 months 10 days old, Currently my family members are suffering from covid so we cannot take baby to hospital for some time, please guide on how long we can delay 9 month vaccinations for baby, it mostly includes MMR-1 OPV, typhoid vaccines.

My 8-month-old baby had a fever a few days ago.  Right now his fever is fine.  There is a little cold , but he is not eating anything.  Just sleeping all the time playing only just 30 to 40 minutes what should I do.

He has blisters on lips... it initially had bit of puss and then blood woseout couple of days back. But blood often comes and makes it hard. Every night we try to clean and we see some blood wose and difficult for him. We showed nearby and he is taking antibiotics..but still problem not resolved.

My son was suffering from loose motion and vomiting. Vomiting has stoped after reducing milk intake 2 days before but loose motion is still there and today its 4th day for loose motion Gave domstel when he was doing vomiting Any medicine should be given for loose motion??

My 16 months old baby boy is showing weakness and tiredness for last 2 days, his body seems a little warm but he is not having fever. His temperature in armpit is around 96.7, once it was around 98.8 but after breastfeeding it came down to 96.8. Sometimes there is sound while breathing. Is there anything to worry? What can we do ? He is playful but feel tired soon.

My 3 months old baby's legs are turned into darker than face or other part of the body. Because of the summer, we keep him on nappies/diaper so legs are mostly exposed. I dont know the reason...please help me with this
