Child Health Issues

My daughter is 2.4 yrs from s'day she is having body temperature above 100.4 but no symptoms of cold n cough she is normal n active oly. Oly rise in temp n I gave paracetamol syrup 3ml . Kindly advise me why it is and do I need to consult dr nearby or it is due to this hot  climate. Tia.

Dear sir Baby age 23 Months weight 12kgs. Sudeen since 3 days she was having mood upset not lessioning any thing and not showing interest in eating food or milk . She don't have fever but may I know reasons of motions loose motions . My parents saying can kids pass motions while getting some ending tooths becoz it's related to this or not pls tell . Or pls reply any syrup ..for above symptoms..

My 2.5 year old child has fever since yesterday afternoon.. The range is 101-102.4.. he was ok in the morning yesterday suddenly he developed little sardi and then fever immediately. I am giving Crocin drops 1.2 ml every 3-4 hours.. Putting strips on forehead. Sponging with lukewarm water. please suggest what else need to be given.

Is it normal for baby who does poop 3 time a day She is taking formula 12 ounce in whole day and breastfeeding and solids too..But she is looking weak too..

My daughter Sollowed small one rupees coin on Wednesday night. I consult with doctor he said that wait for 48 hrs and do X-RAY test if she has not any complication. Today I did Stomach X-RAY and showed to doctor he told that coin is at small intestine as per X-RAY Report. Doctors also advised wait for 6-7 days the coin will come out from stool and then do X-RAY one more time after 7 days. My daughter is fine now kindly suggest me how many days it will take coin to come out from small intestine to stool. I am getting very nervous and worried that if I will wait for 7 more days then will it do any complication inside the body.

Hi my baby girl is 4 months old .. she is getting boils lik pimple type on hands and legs and it's little bit reddish  . I have attached picture please have a look. And other problem is on head also she is getting boils what is it plz let me know. Any serious problem? In my home some people say it's mosquito bite other say it's due to head

My 7 yrs son is having coughing and breathing problems please suggest me medicine and remedial action.

Can we give ORS to baby below 1 year old or 1 year old baby when they have frequent bowel movement or loose stool. What are the precaution when  baby is dehydration.
