My 5 months baby started desentry because of Amoxicillin antibiotic for running nose
And me also took doxycycline 3 days . might be covid cross infection from guests.
Baby is fully active healthy no issues no blood in stool.but passing watery frothy desentry earlier it was 3-4 timea day
Now 2-3 times
Only breast feeding
Weight is 8.8 kg

Continue breast feeding the baby more often preferably every time he has increased stool output . Stop antibiotics and continue only econorm . Watch his urine output and signs of fever or lethargy . Otherwise no need to worry .

At first- it’s not dysentry. And stop all antibiotics. 2-3 times stools is normal in baby if passing urine adequately and no fever.
Kindly monitor temperature.
Donot use unncesessary antibiotics- that causes more harm for the kid.
