How many dose of paracetamol can we give to 1.5 month baby after vaccination..if they have fever.. N And how much fever is normal.?? R when to consult doctor for vaccination fever..?

I baby is 6 months old and 6.75 kg.she is having vomitings and we gave domstal.she has fever also..can I give crocin after domstal?

My daughter 9 year old weight 27 kg was getting cramps in hands.. Took her to doc... Doc said it's due to low vit B12... Doctor suggested Nervigen syrup 5 ml in morning, Health ok syrup 5ml in afternoon and calcimax syrup 5ml at night...she is better now... I am only worried is it ok to give so many medicine ...doctor asked to continue same at least for a month than he will guide us...

My son is going to complete 6 months in few days and for past one month he has been rejecting my milk full day and only drinks my milk either in the mid night or early morning whenever he wakes up because of which iam forced to give him formula the rest of the time. Hello Doctor, My 4-year-old son has had a fever for the past 6 days. We’ve been giving him paracetamol, which reduces the fever temporarily, but it returns every 5–6 hours. His blood tests—including CRP, creatinine, RBS, and SGPT—are all normal. Since yesterday, he has also started coughing. We’re worried because the fever hasn’t gone completely even after several days. Please advise what could be the cause and what we should do next.

Hello Doctor's, Thanks for your time and guidance! My 9 month son is suffering with fungal infection in the diaper area (genital area and above genitals area-image shared). There are white small round patches, and also on the tip of his genital there is a bit of redness, and he keeps itching it. The paediatrician has advised" Lt-Mac Lotion(Luliconazole), Neosporin-H and Candid Powder." We are applying the lotion and cream thrice a day. We have reduced the diaper time, preferably only night time. There seems to be some improvement but a bit concerned about the itching on tip and redness and when we can be sure that infection is going away, as white patches seem to be the same as they were 10 days back. Please advise!

Hi My daughter when was in tummy diagnosed with ovarian cyst of 4.4cm but now she is 5 months old and now it is 3.4cm. Please suggest what should be done. Doctor told to do follow ups in 2 months
