Fever has not gone completely
Hello Doctor, My 4-year-old son has had a fever for the past 6 days. We’ve been giving him paracetamol, which reduces the fever temporarily, but it returns every 5–6 hours. His blood tests—including CRP, creatinine, RBS, and SGPT—are all normal. Since yesterday, he has also started coughing. We’re worried because the fever hasn’t gone completely even after several days. Please advise what could be the cause and what we should do next.
