My daughter is 1 year and 5 months old. She speaks only few words like papa, tata, apple, illa. She doesn't say amma and appa. Should we be concerned about her speech and consult a doctor

My 3.5 years old son often complaining about stomach pain. Every month or two months once all of the sudden he cries due to stomach pain during nights ... He won't take food at that time . If we force feed he will end up in vomitting. Then we will take him to doctor he will suggest albendozole and other medicines like cefixime , novogermina, cyclopam, ondem... Eventually he will get better and the next month someday he will start telling abt stomach pain.. we took scan also and everything looks normal . But I'm much worried as this is occurring often.

Hi dr. My daughter is 4.5 years old . She didnt poop from the last 3 days and her stomach is also stiff . I am expecting and taking duphalac syrup for constipation. Can i give the same syrup to her. If yes , then how much ? Please suggest and diet too to avoid further constipation.
