My baby ia having some wond in leg
Dear Dr. 3months before, i have observed my baby(2year old) while walking he used to lift the foot and I thought he is enjoying like that.... later he is continued the same and I have seen his foot and found that some of skin thickness with white dot at centre and whenever i am touching that part he felt pain and not allowing me to do again .. It is looks like Corns and calluses but I am not sure why is it created for him.pls explain why it is happened? Cloud you please suggest some medicine for this?..in future, it will come again or not. Attached images of my son foot along with particular part. Appreciate and thank you for the quick responses

Looks like an old injury or old foreign body eg thorn , which must have caused this. Please make him wear slippers / shoes.
Next Steps
Please check for any thorn inside the wound . May turn into an abscess . Show a doctor

Looks like something has poked him . Use corn caps for 3 days Use shoes or socks and don’t make him walk barefoot
