Loose stools for 8 months baby

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My son is having loose stools filled with mucus and sometimes froth from 4 days and doc suggested to give METROGYL for 3 times 5 days stating he might have lactose intolerance. Also, she told to stop formula since he was formula fed from birth(due to bad health condition of the mother). He is having only rice, nestum, rice ganji, curd from 4days. He is very tired and fuzzy especially after he eats. He poops 7 to 8 times a day. Attaching pictures of his stool

Gevng, continue with metrogyl, ors , plenty of oral fluids , give him syp zn20 2 .5 ml for 14 days . Stop giving formula feeds for some days.give him rice.
