Formula milk was not dissolved properly. Bcz the nan pro bottle was open whole night which I didn't notice. And I fed my baby the same formula milk which was not dissolved properly. I am scared if something happens to my baby (2.5months old) please anyone help

My son now 2 months old.. At birth received BCG now the site has pus collection and oozing is it normal to have pus in that BCG lump or it s a sign of infection??? And another doubt is he Received hepatitis b vaccine at 6 weeks in primary health center.. The vaccinated site was rubbed well on the vaccinated day and next day... Now it's been 12 days still his thigh tat s vaccinated site s hard inside .what to do ?

My son is 22 months old. He got fever before 3 days and it was going upto 102.5 deg with green stools first day. Today it has come down and it is at 100 deg.
