My 2 year old daughter got a cat scratch from a stray cat yesterday should we get her any injections?

Finger of 2 year baby got penetrated by sewing machine needle..bleeding has stopped but it is hurting..due to late night no clinics are open..what can be done

Child head and neck has little bumps recently. When checked randomly we found insect stuck on his head and with pressure we took it out. But the bumps are there and there is no pain as of now.

My son is 10 months old and weight is 7 kg. Two days before he was crying full day due to temperature was around 46 degree and now his urine colour is dark yellow. Doctor said keep him in Cold room but AC and cooler is also not gd for his wealth and he is drinking around 1 litre of water .I Am giving him juice and everything .so water level will not be down. so plz suggest what should I do for change of urine colour

Baby boy born on 17-5-21 .Now he is going to complete his 2 months on 17-7-21 ...His head is very hot from night.. his temperature is normal 98 degree..i dont know whats wrong with him..When i touched by hand his head geela hot too much..What i do..? My baby is 4.5 months old and weighs 6.4kg( as on 4th july). Her birth weight was 3.5kg. For past three weeks i was giving her lanzol for GERD problems. She initially responded well to the medication and was gaining weight. But for past 10 days she is lithargic and constantly losing weight. She passes a lot of gas( like an adult) and takes very loud burps. Nowdays she spits out curdled milk. I am not able to visit pediatrician since i have changed location. Please help.
