Dear Doctor, My son 4yrs has cold with eye watery with very mild cough. Pls suggest can we gv maxtra and nasvision drop .

I have 5 months old baby girl. Recently got cold and fever so then I have taken a test it's a common seasonal fever. Then i use (montelukast sodium and levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets) montevep , azithromycin and dolo650 for 2days then suddenly  stopped getting milk from my breast. Getting only little quantity of milk from my breast. but not getting more milk like previously. it's not sufficient for my daughter. so iam scaring about that if again after few days it's recover or any problem is there. if any problem is there what is the solution for it.

Hi My son is 12 days old from last two days his umbelical code outer part dried out leaving the goovy inner part. It seems not healed much it have slight blood stain and some discharge. But it have a very bad smell. Is seems normal but smell is the concern. I'm applying alcohol swab and tbact but till now no improvement. I'm afraid it is infected.
