Can we wait until 10weeks to have OPV or we should go and have OPV now(he is 8weeks old now). IPV and OPV both are same or different?can we ignore OPV if we have IPV?

My breast milk started 3 days after delivery but in drops. So doctor told feed lactogen 1 eveey two hours and make baby suck milk. Now its one week. Still i feel breast milk less only, but better than before. Kid while feeding breast milk sleep, every 2 minutes. Takes more than 40 minutes because of it. Later when we give formula feed he eats nicely 30 ml etc. Is my breast milk less?? What can i do?? Im drinking Galact powder

Dear doctor, My baby is not drinking milk he taking my milk only4-5 min and also he doesnt cry for hunger...also he refuses bottle milk ..when I try to give he cries alott.. But my milk is also he is taking very less only 4-5 min and immediately he goes to sleep.. Urine output is 7-8 times Poop he do after 3 days And poop colour is always green and smelly..
